I shouldn’t be surprise to hear Paris Hilton breaking one of her promise, except this time it’s to a charity call Paradise Kids. Paris had made a promise to throw a benefit concert that would raise funds for them:

I’ll get a few friends together. I know the Backstreet Boys will help out for sure and I talked to Blu Cantrell last night. I definitely want to do this. My grandmother died of cancer and I almost lost my cousin to leukemia. It’s just something very important to me.

I love kids and I just feel it’s the right thing to do. It makes me feel good about myself and it helps other people.

Instead all the children got was an empty promise. In all fairness, I bet the reason for not following through on her promise was, because she didn’t want to deal with abuser Nick Carter from the Backstreet Boys. Rev Mavor of Paradise Kids has the following to say about Paris’s promise:

The promise hasn’t amounted to anything – nothing, not a penny. We really needed the funds.

So I suggest Paris stick with making night vision porn, instead of making promise that she can’t keep.

Britney Spears crying a river

Britney Spears tell Matt Lauer about motherhood and those pictures of her being a bad mother. After seeing the preview of the interview that will be aired exclusively on Thursday, June 15 on both the Today show at 7 a.m. and on Dateline NBC at 9 p.m.

Towards the end of the interview, Spears gets very emotional when she talks about wanting the paparazzi to leave her alone. Lauer asks her what would she say to them as individuals not a group and Spears reaches out, “You have babies at home. And…you have a life. And if you don’t, you have to realize that we’re people and that we … just need privacy and we need our respect. And those are things that you have to have as a human being.”

The Chosen One has arrived to blessed all in Malibu. TMZ has report that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt may already be back in Malibu with newborn Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt and adopted children Maddox Jolie-Pitt and Zahara Jolie-Pitt.

We’re told Brad’s personal bodyguard, whom he regularly travels with, was at the estate all day today. In addition, food was delivered today and pastries have been laid out on the kitchen counter.

Flower arrangements were delivered today as well, and interior furniture and patio furniture are now fully in place.

The full security staff is on hand, as are guard dogs.

We await to see the first photographer getting attacked by the attack dog that the Chosen One summon to attack. Or the waves that crash into the ones that venture out into the ocean with a boat to take that perfect picture.

Paris Hilton criminal edition

After a shopping spree with Kim Kardashian in LA, Paris Hilton winded up hitting a parked Honda Civic when she was backing out of a parking spot with her Range Rover. That’s not all, after the accident, Paris took off like a bat out of hell, resulting in a hit and run. All this was caught on tape by the spies at TMZ.com.

After loading her shopping bags into the trunk of her Range Rover, Hilton says good-bye to Kardashian and starts to back out of the parking spot without her seat belt on — another violation of law. Hilton checks her mirrors and looks around, but apparently doesn’t notice the parked Honda Civic behind her and slams into the bumper, causing damage to both vehicles.

Hilton then exits the public parking structure without leaving a note with her contact information, which is a misdemeanor under California law, punishable by as much as six months in jail.

This after the recent handicap parking incident outside sleep buddy Matt Leinart. Can someone say chauffeur driven car. Now because Paris is a celebrity with money there will be no charges bought up, because that one of the benefits of being famous in LaLa land.

For all you 24 fans out there wishing to see all the action on a big screen, your wish has been realized. The Fox TV show is making its appearance to the big screen and I don’t me the big screen TV. No reports of the current TV cast being the cast of the movie, but Kiefer Sutherland has express his interest in continuing his role as Jack Bauer in the movie.

The script for the movie will be scribe by the series creators, Robert Cochran and Joel Surnow, who will ditch the 24 hour timeline and have the actions take place over the usually 24 hours. In January Kiefer told a press conference:

I think there’s always a way to actually deal with the idea of ’24’ as a film that would completely be separate from ’24’ the television show. And by that I mean the characters could be different. They could be completely unrelated, and I think that would still be effective.
