After being arrested on suspicion of DUI and drug possession, Lindsay Lohan is now claiming she’s innocent. Lohan emailed Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush with the following:

Yes. I am innocent… did not do drugs they’re not mine. I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin’s mom. I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy.

I so believe Lindsay when she says the cocaine in her pocket isn’t hers, she is that good of a friend to be carrying other people’s cocaine in her pocket. Or can it be, Lohan just realized possessing cocaine is a felony punishable by years in prison?

When in doubt just deny and blame it on someone else.

While walking down some stairs during her concert in Orlando, Florida last night, Beyonce somehow tripped over herself and wind up falling down face first. She sure is a professional, after the fall she just picked herself up and started singing like nothing had happen. I blame her fall on being dizzy from all that head gyration.

Lindsay Lohan has been arrested again for DUI on Tuesday morning in Los Angeles. Besides the DUI, Lindsay was driving on a suspended license, and in possession of cocaine. This arrest came after police received a call about someone being chased by Lohan. After the police pulled Lindsay’s vehicle over and conducted a breathalyzer test, her blood alcohol level was between .12 and .13, with the legal limit being .08. Lohan was eventually released after posting on $25,000 bail. Her arraignment has been set for August 24 at 8:30 AM, which coincidentally is the same day as her arraignment for her other DUI.

The person who called the police turned out to be one of Lohan’s second assistant’s mother. The second assistant had quit and was waiting for her mom to pick her up, once her mother came to pick her up Lohan gave chase.

You must be wonder like I have been, isn’t Lohan wear some kind of monitoring device (SCRAM) on her ankle? Lindsay must have figure out a way to block the system from detecting anything or maybe her friend is wearing her ankle monitoring bracelet and she is wearing a lookalike system she bought from Canal Street in Manhattan.

Now that Lindsay has been arrested once again she has enter rehab once again. This time around she isn’t going to the Promises treatment facility which she recently completed her rehab. Her attorney, Blair Berk, issued the following statement:

Addiction is a terrible and vicious disease. Since Lindsay transitioned to outpatient care, she has been monitored on a SCRAM bracelet and tested daily in order to support her sobriety. Throughout this period, I have received timely and accurate reports from the testing companies. Unfortunately, late yesterday I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. The bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care.

Kate Moss is reportedly freaking out over the fact that two of her sex tapes with ex-boyfriend Pete Doherty is missing. The couple had originally made a total of eight X-rated videos of themselves and Kate has already destroyed six after her breakup with Pete, but now she can’t seem to find the last two. With Pete’s addiction to drugs, Kate is now afraid he will sell the tapes for some quick cash. A source told The Sun:

There are still some bits and pieces floating about of Pete with Kate. She has got rid of most of it. Six out of eight tapes have been destroyed. But she wanted to bury the lot before he could humiliate her by selling them or putting them on the internet.

The surprising story isn’t the sex tapes Kate made with Pete, but how Doherty was able to get his equipment hard and perform on camera after endless booze and drug use.

Lindsay Lohan has officially been arrested for her DUI back in May when she quietly walked into the Beverly Hills Police Department station late yesterday afternoon to turned herself in. TMZ reports:

Lohan was held in custody for about an hour around 4:00 PM, until she was released on her own recognizanc [sic]… Lohan was charged with driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 and misdemeanor hit and run, this according to the Beverly Hills PD.

Besides turning herself in to the police, the movie “Poor Things” which she was suppose to film after her rehab has been cancel. The producers canceled the film because her partying over the weekend scared the insurers. The set designer sent the following message to GE and Dell computers, companies promised placement in the movie:

Sorry to be the harbinger of bad news, but I just received a call from Jacky Gilardi, the producer, pulling the plug on the ill-fated film. Apparently, Ms. Lohan’s antics in Las Vegas over the weekend have scared the bond companies and all of the funding has been pulled . . . I look forward to working together in the future and trust our next project will not be as fraught with difficulty.

I’m surprise she’s still getting movie parts after James G. Robinson’s letter about Lindsay Lohan’s work ethic on the set of “Georgia Rule.” Producers would have an easier time hiring a monkey to do the work.

You must be wondering how could Britney Spears be managing someone, luckily she’s only managing herself. That’s right, Britney has decided to become her own manager plus her own publicist, according to a source who told Page Six.

Paris Hilton has decided to record another album after forgetting her first one was crap. She tells E! Online:

I’m already working on my new record. I’ve been in meetings with Scott [Storch] and we’ve been working on it. I’ve been working on it with Scott for a few weeks

This time around Paris is taking some voice lesson in hopes of having a better album. Now that Paris has spend some time behind bars maybe she will have songs about being locked up or could it be rap music after thinking spending 23 days in the clink will give her some street cred. I know what I will be doing when this album drops, avoiding it like it’s herpes.

When did you last vote, King asked according to the insider, who says that Hilton replied, “Last year.” When King wanted to know which election she voted in, Hilton explained, “Presidential.” “I guess she forgot there was no presidential election last year,” quipped one amused source. “She was too busy reading the Bible.”
