Tom Sizemore
After coming clean about using methamphetamine which is a breach in his probation in a prior drug conviction, the judge is sending Tom Sizemore back to rehab instead of a visit to jail.
The judge said Sizemore had until March 23 to check himself into a court-approved, live-in rehabilitation center where he would be confined for substance abuse treatment for 90 days, without permission to leave, even for employment.
He must also submit to drug testing at least once a week for the duration of his probation, and he was directed to check in with probation officers starting on Friday.

I like that perspective on it. I have to think about that and get back after I have had a chance to think about it more.
