Terrence Howard

Terrence Howard who was suppose to sing the pimp song “It’s Hard Out Here For a Pimp” at the Oscars has back down due to pressure from other black Hollywood stars.

Terrence has been asked by a number of respected black actors, including Sidney Poitier, Denzel Washington and Will Smith to back out of the performance because the song is derogatory to the black community. Eva Longoria, friend of Terrence tells the Mirror why he decided not to do it:

Sidney Poitier said, ‘Do not go up there and represent the African American community singing about a pimp’.

The singing of the song will now be done by the group Three 6 Mafia, who wrote the song and are also nominated for for an Oscar. The performance will be a tone down version, but the word “bitches” will be allowed.

This years biggest winner loser title goes to Jenny McCarthy and her movie Dirty Love, taking home four Razzie awards. The celebrities we’re all sick and tire of seeing and hearing award goes to Tom Cruise and fiance Katie Holmes.

The Razzies are handed out by the Golden Raspberry Award Foundation to the worst of the worst one day before the Academy Awards hand out the Oscars.

Playboy is dismissing claim by Jessica Alba that the magazine put her on the cover to fool readers into thinking that she may appear nude or semi-nude. Alba says:

Playboy has violated my personal rights and blatantly misled the public, who might think I had given them permission to put me on their cover when I didn’t.

Playboy states the reason for putting Alba on the cover because she had been voted the “sexiest star of the year” by readers in a poll.

Playboy also went on to say that many other celebrities have also graced the cover of the magazine but, was not naked, including “Claudia Schiffer, Paris Hilton, Goldie Hawn, Raquel Welch, Barbra Streisand, Brooke Shields and Donald Trump.”
