Brandon Davis the one who gave Lindsay Lohan the nickname Firecrotch and called her poor for having $7 million, might be in the poor house himself. Brandon has bounced a $10,000 check to Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis.

Other signs his family is running out of cash are: his mother is selling her $15 million Bel Air house, his aunt is suing for more inheritance, and his grandmother sold the family estates for $42 million.

The reason for the bounce check according to Brandon was because he was switching banks. He told Page Six he paid Joe the $10,000 in cash, which Joe denied.

Wonder if Paris Hilton will help out her friend, I’m guessing not.

Paris Hilton’s sister Nicky Hilton has split with 32 year old boyfriend Kevin Connolly. Nicky dump Kevin on October 16 after suspecting him of cheating. The separation has been confirmed by her rep, “They’re no longer a couple.”

The two had been dating within weeks of Nicky getting an annulment from her three month marriage to Todd Meister.

My husband and I began the adoption process many months prior to our trip to Malawi. I did not wish to disclose my intentions to the world prior to the adoption happening as this is a private family matter. After learning that there were over one million orphans in Malawi, it was my wish to open up our home and help one child escape an extreme life of hardship, poverty and in many cases death, as well as expand our family.

Nevertheless, we have gone about the adoption procedure according to the law like anyone else who adopts a child. Reports to the contrary are totally inaccurate. The procedure includes an l8 month evaluation period after which time we hope to make this adoption permanent. This was not a decision or commitment that my family or I take lightly.

I am overwhelmed and inspired by my trip to Malawi and hope that it helps bring attention to how much more the world needs to do to help the children of Africa.

My heartfelt thanks for all the good wishes I have received and I hope the press will allow my family some room for us to experience the joy we feel to have David home.

Casino mogul Steve Wynn has accidentally ruined a 74-year Picasso painting call Le Reve. While entertaining David and Mary Boies, Nora Ephron and Nick Pileggi, Louise Grunwald, and Barbara Walters, Steve winded up putting his elbow into the lower right quadrant of the painting.

“So then I made a gesture with my right hand,” Wynn said, “and my right elbow hit the picture. It punctured the picture.” There was a distinct ripping sound. Wynn turned around and saw, on Marie-Thérèse Walter’s left forearm, in the lower-right quadrant of the painting, “a slight puncture, a two-inch tear. We all just stopped. I said, ‘I can’t believe I just did that. Oh, shit. Oh, man.’ ”

Now that’s some expensive elbow. From a sale of $139 million, Steve has to now pay to restore it. I wonder if he had insurance on that painting?

Filming for Ashton Kutcher Coast Guard movie had to take place after eight months, to allow Kutcher time to learn how to swim.

For my part I had to be a strong swimmer. So it took eight months of intensive training with Olympic coaches to get me up to the level needed for the film. Now I love swimming.

Looks like I will need to get myself some Olympic swim coaches and clear my calendar for the next eight months if I ever want to learn how to swim.

Sacha Baron Cohen gets his picture taken with some sex workers at the Red Light District in Amsterdam on Thursday. Sacha was there to promote his upcoming movie Borat.

Hilary Duff gets a stalker

TMZ is reporting that Hilary Duff has filed a restraining order against a paparazzi and a homeless man for stalking her and boyfriend Joel Madden. The paper claims that a 19-year-old Russian emigrant came to the United States “for the sole purpose of meeting and becoming romantically involved with Ms. Duff.”

The court documents state the man, whose first name is Max, “admitted to being ‘obsessed’ with her, has stated his intention of ‘removing’ his ‘enemies’ (i.e., those who prevent him from being with her), has stated his intention of purchasing a weapon, and has threatened to kill himself and to engage in dramatic actions to get her attention.”

According to the documents, Max “has stated his belief that Hilary is in love with him and that Joel Madden stands in their way.”

The court documents also claim David Joseph Klein, a 50-year-old celebrity photographer who is roommates with Max, is also a threat.

The documents state, “Over the past six weeks, the defendants have engaged in an accelerated effort to make contact with Hilary, including visits to her neighborhood, to her mother’s home, to her boyfriend’s neighborhood … to Mr. Madden’s concert venue, and direct calls to Hilary’s manager.”

According to the documents, the police detained Max at least once at one of Madden’s concerts and questioned Klein at the same event.

I don’t understand who in there right mind would be stalking Hilary, they would have a better chance if they went for Paris Hilton or even Lindsay Lohan.

According to a report, Natalie Portman is dating British millionaire Nat Rothschild. A source tells The Daily Mail:

A casually dressed Natalie and a female friend pulled up in a chauffeured car at about 9 p.m. and went into the restaurant. Nat arrived on foot five minutes later. After three hours, Natalie came out with her pal, who was holding hands with Nat’s friend. Then Nat ran down the street, jumped in next to Natalie and they drove off.

Looks like Natalie likes to be taken care of and not have to make money as a movie star, which is like being a prostitute. Hope Natalie can wait a few years before Nat “inherit $627 million as the heir of the Rothschild Jewish banking dynasty.” What would Ivanka Trump say to all this?
