Paris Hilton’s lover the Greek billionaire Stavros Niarchos III is very sorry for ruining Kelly Osbourne 21st birthday party. He’s so sorry he is buying Osbourne a brand new car as an apology for wreaking some major damage at the Hard Rock Hotel.
