- Comments Off on Britney Spears lose custody temporarily
Fox News is reporting that Britney Spears will have to temporarily give up her two children after testimony given by Kevin Federline’s secret witness, Tony Barretto, her former bodyguard.
Commissioner Scott Gordon will order the boys, 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James, turned over to Federline based on information that Los Angeles Family Court received over the weekend about Spears, the sources told FOXNews.com.
During Monday’s custody hearing, Spears’ former bodyguard accused the pop star of having “issues of nudity and drug use” since she returned from rehab, and reports of a planned “hit” on Federline emerged.
As for the planned offing of Federline, TMZ has learned the plot to kill Federline is completely untrue. NY Daily News reports that the judge has order Britney to take random drug tests and get a parenting coach to maintain custody of her children.
Based on the evidence presented, the court finds that there is a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by [Spears],†he wrote in his nine-page ruling.
Looks like the judge has kept the 50-50 joint custody arrangement temporarily and order both K-Fed and Britney to abide by certain rule:
K-Fed and Brit are barred from consuming alcohol or drugs within 12 hours of when they are scheduled to take care of their children, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.
