Can it be, the nipple popping out OC star Mischa Barton be engaged to Cisco Adler. The same Cisco who you may know was the ex-fiance of Kimberly Stewart and who happen to work some black magic to snag current fiancee Talon Torriero.

According to reports Mischa accepted the proposal when Cisco went down on one knee and pop the question with a bunch of typical flowers in one hand.

Seems like Hollywood is a very some place fill will lots of dating in the same group. This sounds like some real life Beverly Hills 90210.
