Paris Hilton’s lover the Greek billionaire Stavros Niarchos III is very sorry for ruining Kelly Osbourne 21st birthday party. He’s so sorry he is buying Osbourne a brand new car as an apology for wreaking some major damage at the Hard Rock Hotel.

I guess Paris told Stavros what to do to make amends. In any case this can’t be the same Stavros that paid a homeless man to dump a perfectly good soda on to himself for $100. Oh wait that’s the make believe media spin, the real story as told by Paris to fake cousin Perez, is they pay the homeless man to dump it on the paparazzi. Stavros for being such a good guy we will also like to send our apology to you, for believing in the stories of the paparazzi.
