Snoop Dogg wears a skirt! OK, OK, it’s not really a skirt, but a kilt or those skirts Scottish men wear. Yep that’s what Snoop was rocking at the MTV Europe Music Awards last night in Germany. Only Snoop can pull this kind of shit.

      It’s call a kilt because it’s a type of garment worn by men in the Scottish Highlands.
