Come this winter Russian cows will be fed confiscated marijuana over the cold months. These cows will be floating on cloud nine this coming winter. I wonder what they will eat when they have the munchies from a whole winter of cannabis bliss. After winter there will be a line of people willing to buy the cows meat, the meat will be smoked and eaten.
