Paris Hilton sues to not be exposed

Paris Hilton lights up

Paris Hilton has filed a federal lawsuit to shutdown website ParisExposed.com, which displays her diaries, photos and other personal property that was obtained in an auction at the storage facility she had the items in. After not paying her storage fee of $208, the facility auction off her stuff for $2,775 to Nabil and Nabila Haniss, the buyer than resold it to Bardia Persa for $10 million. In the lawsuit Paris said:

“I was appalled to learn that people are exploiting my and my sisters’ private personal belongings for commercial gain,” Hilton said in a declaration supporting the lawsuit, adding she was concerned the information could be used for identity theft or harassment.

Looks like the lawsuit has shutdown the site, but didn’t shut down ParisExposed.net which points to IP address 85.17.61.101. You kind of feel sorry for Paris, but than you remember she did it to herself by taking pictures. This reminds me of Tammy NYP, that’s right the Singapore girl who film her having sex with her boyfriend on her cell phone, which got stolen and uploaded online for the world to see.
