Fergie’s bad singing

Unsuspecting students from LA’s San Fernando High School were subjected to some awful singing by the Black Eyed Peas’ own Fergie. The high school had won a contest sponsor by Verizon Wireless call Rock Ur Skool. The winning prize was a private performance by the Black Eyed Peas.

The whole concert started out great until the middle of their song Don’t Lie when they started to play Sweet Child O’ Mine by Guns N’ Roses. That’s when the high schooler were treated to a special cruel and unusual punishment for going to the concert in the hot midday heat.

It was bound to happen soon or later. The parting of Jessica Simpson and her personal assistant/BFF CaCee Cobb.

After more than two years as Jessica Simpson’s personal assistant, CaCee Cobb finally told her childhood friend that she wanted out. On May 7, Cobb celebrated her last day on the job with friends at Arnie Morton’s Steakhouse in L.A. Fighting tears, Simpson, 25, raised her glass and said to Cobb, “You are my best friend. I will be your best friend forever.” Simpson’s rep confirms the professional parting of ways to Us, “It’s true. They remain close.”

Now by leaving Jessica, CaCee can now go and try to snag Nick Lachey all to herself. A source says, “CaCee’s still really close with Nick and adores him.” There you have it, they will probably hook up real soon.

The people behind Ocean’s 13, namely George Clooney and the producers are getting a little piss that Brad Pitt has not officially signed on the dotted line yet. Brad is currently in Africa with Angelina Jolie and his adopted children awaiting the birth of this son. A source says:

Brad has not been able to confirm 100 per cent that he will be available — and that’s making George very anxious.

His best pal is out of the country and looking forward to being a dad for the first time. But the movie is only weeks away now.

Instead of being there to work on the project, Brad is in the middle of Africa. People are worried that he will prefer to carry on being a dad rather than go back to work.

The easiest solution to all this limbo is to go and ask Angelina if Brad can leave to make a movie. They should probably wear a cup, there’s no guarantee Angie will not kick the crap out of the person. There’s just no use in asking Brad, when the real person with the pants is Angelina.

Tom Cruise

The Mission: Impossible III star Tom Cruise is rumored to be up for another superhero role. Tom is to star as a superhero in the movie Iron Man. Iron Man is a Marvel Comics character about a billionaire crime fighter name Anthony Stark, who dons a super-powered suit to battle evildoer.

Jon Favreau has already signed on to direct and develop the storyline. Tom had expressed an interested in making the movie back in 2004, but the script never materialized for Cruise to take part.

Looks like another poor box office return for Tom Cruise.

Kate Moss is Back

Supermodel Kate Moss is going to do what many celebrities are doing, starting up her own designer label. Kate says she will make her fashion label the best and biggest out there.

I’m going to take everyone on and I’m going to shock everyone. I know what works, I know what women want, and I know there is money to be made. My name is my brand and it’s going to be the biggest thing in fashion.

Kate will possibly name her line Kate, Mossy or Lila Loves. A friend of her tells Grazia magazine:

No contracts have been signed yet, so there is no launch date – although she is looking at getting something underway by next year. But everyone around her is being really positive about the whole thing. They think it will just grow and grow.

She is clear about the direction she wants it to take – she loves Stella’s McCartney’s clothes and would like to do something similar. Kate will be overseeing the whole design and, presumably, ensuring the clothes have enough of the ‘Kate sparkle’ that has made her a style icon.

Maybe she can also add Powder as a possible name. You get it, “Powder” as in the white stuff she snorted on a video taped.

Britney Spears pregnant for the second time

Its official, Britney Spears is pregnant for the second time. Britney announced the news while taping Late Show with David Letterman. This confirms what has been speculated for weeks.

On the show Spears told David Letterman:

Don’t worry Dave, it’s not yours.

And David replied:

Oh. Well, I think that’s good news for both of us. So, we’ve established now that you are in fact pregnant, is that right?

And Spears answered:

Yes, sir.

Jenny McCarthy has confessed to being anorexic after giving birth to her son. Her venture to this eating disorder only lasted about two hours before she was convinced by her mother to get on Weight Watchers.

I gave birth and couldn’t get it off. I tried anorexia and that lasted for two hours. Then my mother came over and told me about WeightWatchers. I lost nine pounds in the first month.

Star Jones getting kick off

Sources are telling Page Six that Star Jones will be leaving The View. The source says the announcement will be coming this week. This may be the doing of newcomer Rosie O’Donnell, with Barbara Walters agreeing.

It was always Rosie’s condition of joining the show, and Barbara agreed to those conditions from the outset.

Rumor to be replacing Star at the table is Oprah Winfrey’s best friend, Gayle King.

Brooke Hogan and her grillz

What the hell is up with Brooke Hogan wanting to be gangsta. She’s got those pimped up braces that you see Nelly with. Those grillz just got to go, just doesn’t look right on her.

Looks like Paul Wall made these grillz for her to wear for her new music video ‘Bout Us’. Someone need to tell her that Nelly has already made a song call Grillz already.

Its official, Britney Spears is better in bed than Shar Jackson, according to Kevin Federline. This latest claim came during an on-air interview with satellite radio station Power 106FM.

The wannabe rapper claims the ‘Toxic’ singer has the edge in between the sheets over actress Shar Jackson, who he left while she was pregnant with the couple’s second child to be with Britney.

Kevin also added that if Britney allowed him to have a threesome, he would pick the lovely Into the Blue star Jessica Alba.

Tom Cruise’s latest action packed movie, Mission: Impossible III, underperformed on its opening weekend. The movie’s weekend box office take was about $30 million short of what was predicted. Even with this shortfall, it still managed to come in first place with a gross of $48 million.

A truly disappointing opening for someone like Tom Cruise. Part of the reason for this lackluster performance may be due to people just sick and tire of hearing or seeing Tom Cruise on TV. Maybe it was all that couch jumping.
