Due to financial problems New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin announce the city is force to lay off 3,000 city workers. After a few unsuccessful try at finding some financing to keep the city government open, they have finally given up. Now besides being recovering from the hurricanes these 3,000 workers will be jobless. Sounds like this mayor should also resign while he is laying off people.
