Kiefer Sutherland has been released from Glendale’s city jail after serving a total of 48 days for his second DUI and violating probation.

“Throughout his stay, he never griped, never complained,” Balian previously said. “He never wanted preferential treatment from the get go, and we respect him for that.”

First thing Jack Bauer’s going to do is kick some terrorist ass, next thing on his list is to celebrate his birthday, Christmas and New Year’s all on the same night.
