Chris Penn 1962 – 2006Sean Penn’s brother Chris Penn has passed away Santa Monica, Calif., at the age of 40. The police have say there are no evidence of foul play being the reason for the death, but an autopsy will be conducted to find out the cause of death. Penn’s publicist issue the following:
