Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards Divorcing
The divorce is back on for Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards. Lawyers for both sides as asked that the case be handled in private arbitration today.
Denise initially filed for divorce last March but both her and Charlie had tried reconciliation. It was starting to look like the relationship were getting better, they had told Extra in an interview, “Things are a whole lot better, and I think with that (comes) hope.”
The legal papers are titled: Stipulation for the Appointment of a Temporary Judge. They were filed jointly by Sheen’s lawyer, Bob Kaufman and Richards’ lawyer Laura Wasser today in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The papers request that the case be removed from the courts and assigned to retired commissioner Jill Robbins.
