Trump, Super Premium Vodka to Be Launched by Drinks Americas
Plans Underway for Creation and National Rollout of New Trump Product

WILTON, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Nov. 29, 2005–

Drinks Americas to Launch Worldwide Search for the Finest Vodka and Premium Packaging Worthy of the Trump Trademark

Drinks Americas Holdings, Ltd. (DKAM) has signed a licensing agreement with The Trump Organization, thereby retaining the rights to the “Trump” name for the marketing and sales of “Trump: The World’s Finest Super Premium Vodka.”

J. Patrick Kenny, CEO of Drinks Americas explains, “In our view, the Trump name is one of the most recognizable and valuable global trademarks in existence today, synonymous with the very best of class. Our agreement is to search the world and work to develop the very best super premium vodka, and then to deliver that product to consumers in packaging and style worthy of the Trump trademark.”

Donald Trump commented, “Trump Super Premium Vodka is a big idea. Drinks Americas’ management team understands our vision for the Trump trademark. The Premium Vodka category is where the very best of fashionable spirits brands compete. That is the place for the Trump brand. By the summer of ‘06, I fully expect the most called for cocktail in America to be the “T&T” or the “Trump and Tonic”. We are very excited that Drinks Americas will be leading this initiative and look for great success.”

Drinks Americas board member Marvin Traub, former Bloomingdales Chairman and CEO said, “Donald Trump is a unique individual with broad appeal as one of the world’s great global brands. ‘Trump, the World’s Finest Super Premium Vodka’ will combine the unrivalled cache that the Trump name enjoys in the public’s collective consciousness with Drinks Americas’ proven marketing and branding expertise. Add finding the best vodka on earth and we believe this new product will rapidly evolve into the unquestioned preference of uncompromising consumers.”

Mr. Kenny further stated, “We have a significant number of distributors asking to submit orders and wanting the brand franchise. We know that the power of the Trump trademark, when wedded to a great product in packaging worthy of the trademark will impact our and our distributors’ overall business. We expect to launch the product in time for Spring of ‘06. As Mr. Trump has indicated, we truly hope the most called for cocktail of the season to be the “T&T” Trump and Tonic surpassed only by the Trump Martini.”

Drinks Americas develops, owns, markets, and nationally distributes alcoholic and non-alcoholic premium beverages that are often associated with renowned icon celebrities. Drinks’ portfolio of premium alcoholic beverages includes Willie Nelson’s Old Whiskey River Bourbon and Bourbon Cream; Roy Yamaguchi’s Y Sake. Drinks non alchoholic brands include the distribution of Paul Newman’s Own Lightly Sparkling Fruit Juice Drinks.

Other products owned and distributed by Drinks include Damiana, the Mexican liqueur, Aguila Tequila; Norman’s Wines from Australia’s oldest winery, Drinks’ award-winning Cohete Rum Guarana from Panama;, 1812 Beer from Sackets Harbor Brewery, Swiss T and Rheingold Beer.

Old Whiskey River, Y Sake, Aguila Tequila and Cohete Rum are Gold and Silver Medal award winners respectively from the International Beverage Tasting Institute and the San Francisco International Wine and Spirits Competition.

Why not take a trip to your local Wal-Mart and do a little shopping and get a check up in one trip. The first in-store walk-in medical clinic is located in Orange, Florida with expansion to your neck of the wood very soon.

This is great news you can now bring your car in for an oil change, get yourself checked out, and buy your grocery all at the same place. This is what I call one stop shopping. Don’t worry if you forgot to bring cash you can go to the Wal-Mart bank and tap your ATM for it.

I wonder what kind of physicians will be station at the discount stores clinic. Hopefully it’s not discounted physicians. Expect to pay $65 to see a doctor, $105 for the consultation plus one diagnostic test and $165 if more than one test is needed.

Most bankruptcy court systems are overloaded and the lawyers are actually turning away clients.

Summary of the new law:

    * Imposes a strict and complicated Means Test that may restrict your ability to qualify for bankruptcy protection.

    * Requires you to get a certification from a debt counselor that you made efforts to reduce your debt outside of bankruptcy.

    * Increases the work and cost associated with obtaining a bankruptcy discharge.

Even with the new law, the experts said the percentage of people that will be rejected from filing bankruptcy is very small. For more information about the new law go to Total Bankruptcy

I wonder if its really eliminate cost and boost revenue or is it because their revenue are slipping due to less computers being sold? There comes a point where people don’t need a new computer due to the fact that most older computers being able to run newer softwares.

You can still get your Dell computer ship for free if you are willing to go to your local post office and pick up the computer yourself. This can be good for most people because they don’t have to be home waiting for the computer but can just go to the post office and pick it up at their convenient within 10 days. Now all Dell needs to do is tell people free delivery is not really free home delivery.

All I have to say is, I can’t believe it took them so long to realize people won’t fork over $40 for a browser when they can use Internet Explorer or FireFox for free. Even with all the features that Opera has, I was not going to pay to use those features.

This is great news given that FireFox is have a few problems with vulnerability. Seems like I am patching up the FireFox like every few days, hopefully this new and free Opera can help out with my browsing needs.

I have downloaded and used Opera and I have to say I like it. Only thing that needs attention is there is no plugin to show the Google PageRank, other then that its real nice. Some of the fancy things I see is that I can now talk to my browser and tell it what to do, time to get a headset. Now I just need to get use to the setup of the browser and I will be fine.

This new search will search through blogs online. This new search works wonderfully when I tested it. You can read more about the feature from Six Apart.

Today we are launching Blog Search – the easiest way to search for blog content. Blog Search includes content from blogs all over the web (in other words, not just from our own service, Blogger). And we’re continuously adding new content, very nearly in real time. That way you can find commentary on breaking news as it’s being created by millions of individuals. Or get the latest take on the premiere of a new TV show.

I guess with this new search you will see more and more weblogs that’s not really blogs at all but spam blog that is trying to push some magical enhancing product. Seems like Google is on the news or adding something new every few days.

But after listening to evidence at a two-day hearing last week and reviewing various documents and court briefs, the judge decided today in his ruling on Microsoft’s request for a preliminary injunction to allow Dr. Lee to work on a much broader range of things for Google. There are some restrictions, but the ruling basically allows Dr. Lee to do what we’ve wanted him to be able to do. The judge said that Microsoft had “not sufficiently shown that it has a clear legal or equitable right to enjoin Dr. Lee, pending trial, from Establishing and Staffing a Google Development Facility Center.” A trial is still set for January to get a final decision.

One of the fastest growing companies on the Internet, Skype already has 54 million members in 225 countries and territories. Skype is currently adding approximately 150,000 users a day and has created a thriving ecosystem of products, services, developers, and affiliates. Skype is considered the market leader in virtually all countries in which it does business. In North America alone, Skype has more users and serves more voice minutes than any other Internet voice communications provider.

I bet the reason eBay bought Skype was to keep up with Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft, who all have some kind of VOIP in play or will be. Now eBay can use Skype for the click to call ads, the popular new advertising program.

The park will be 30 minutes from central Hong Kong, which was constructed at a cost of $3.5 billion dollars and encompass a total of 298 acres. Also located at the theme park is two resort hotels.

The public has generally embraced the park, which began construction in 2003. But environmentalists protested the park’s now-aborted plan to serve shark-fin soup at banquets. Neighbors have complained about the noise and smoke from nightly fireworks shows. And social critics have been worried about the influence of American culture.

But the biggest complaint among some of the thousands who got a sneak peak at the park during a soft opening period in the past month has been that Hong Kong Disneyland is too small. It’s Disney’s smallest park at 40 hectares (about 100 acres)

I wonder if Mickey will be outfitted in the new Communist Red?

The new iPod Nano will be available in two versions, 2GB and 4GB capacities for US$199 and $249 respectively, and in two colors, black or white designs. The iPod nano weighs 1.5 ounces and is so thin that a standard #2 pencil will be thicker. The Nano uses flash memory which allow the iPod to have a battery life of 14 hours.

It also features the same 30-pin dock connector as the iPod and iPod mini, making the nano compatible with more than 1,000 accessories designed for the iPod. Featuring “Auto-Sync” technology, the iPod nano can keep up to date with changes to your digital music library, podcasts and digital photos. The color screen enables users to view album art, photo slideshow and play built-in games in color. Apple estimates the rechargeable internal battery lasts for 14 hours at a stretch.

You can get yourself this new iPod online and at Apple retail store now. I might get this but I will be buying insurance with it because I know I will lose it given its so small.

There is a reason why Google Talk came out. What do you get when you combine Google VOIP + Google Ads + Google Print Ads = Google Pay-Per-Call advertising model. Google won’t be the first ones who are using this pay-per-call format.

With Google Talk I can imagine an ad that’s on the IM screen which changes depending on the IM conversation. And once the person clicks on the ad it is auto connected to the company’s customer service center. Once the person is connected to the center they will be able to order whatever the ad was for. Very cool and very profitable. Google will be able to charge a higher amount for this type of ad given how targeted it is.

When it rains it pours, that’s whats going on with Google these days. After announcing Google Talk, Google is rumor to be coming up with their own Yahoo Finance. I bet Google can make their finance site a lot better. Hopefully they add features that Yahoo doesn’t presently offer or make it better. Maybe they will be adding there own trading system where people can go on the site to do research on stocks and than trade the stocks all in one section. Another addition they can possibly have is allow people to use streaming quotes without paying for. There’s a lot of possible things Google can one up Yahoo Finance. But if Google is just like Yahoo Finance, I don’t think I would bother switching over.
