Britney Spears Sues US Weekly
Pop singer Britney Spears is going after US Weekly. Britney is suing US Weekly for $20 million for an article that was publishing saying Britney and her husband Kevin Federline shot a sex tape of themselves.

The suit seeks $10 million in damages, an award of the gross revenues received by US Weekly for the alleged “unauthorized use of Spear’s name, photograph and likeness” and other damages.
