Britney Spears had checked herself into rehab at the urging of friends and family, but refused to stay. Britney checked herself right out of rehab less than 24 hrs in it. The rehab facility was located in another country.

Looks like Britney realized there are no alcohol or drugs in rehab and that they would not allow her to leave whenever she wanted like the Wonderland facility where Lohan was relaxing at.
