Its official, Brad Pitt is a daddy now. Its going to be a real family holiday this Christmas. Brad Pitt has formally adopted Angelina Jolie’s two children according to In Touch Weekly. Angelina’s children will be taking Pitt’s last name, they will now be call Maddox and Zahara Pitt and Angelina will also change her last name to Pitt after the marriage.

The Mr. and Mrs. Smith stars has already “drew up a prenuptial agreement, primarily to benefit the two children, and the document includes details about the adoption,” adds In Touch Weekly.

I bet they are already married and this is just the final step in the formation of the Pitt/Jolie family. Now all they need to do is have a public wedding for all the celebrity magazines out there. Somewhere out there Jennifer Aniston is having a good cry and cursing why her new man Vince Vaughn is a drunk ass.

Update: Publicist Cindy Guagenti writes:

A legal petition seeking to change the names of the children to Zahara Jolie-Pitt and Maddox Jolie-Pitt was filed Friday in Los Angeles.

We are confirming that Brad Pitt is in the process of becoming the adoptive father of both children.

No further comment is being made.
