The mansion Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston built has finally been sold. The buyer of the house paid a price of only $22.5 million, the buyer is an anonymous foreign businessman.

The former couple will see a lost of of $1 to $6 million after buying the place in 2001 for $13.5 million and spending $10 to $15 million fixing up the place.
