Wasn't Katie missing for 16 days in April. Right now she does not look 3 months pregnant at all. You can clearly see she is 5 months along now. So she should be giving birth in January and not April. This does explain why Tom acted like a love sick teenager in April. He had his first sexual contact with a very young woman for a man in his 40's. Katies belly sure does show the proof despite her anouncement that she is still a virgin and will refrain from sex till marriage. Do the math for date of conception and you will see.
